After years of teaching the art of quilting, writing books, and traveling, renowned author and teacher Sandy Bonsib has moved her focus and love of fabric to creating practical art for your home. Her years of experience in the textile arts have influenced her unique style of fabric art, creating stunning pieces for your floor, table, anywhere! Sandy is a regular artist at the Pike Place Market in Seattle. She considers it an honor to be a part of Seattle's hundred year old market, selling her unique pieces from her day stall.
Sandy also coordinates Quilts for the Children, a group that makes quilts for the children of battered women. She lives on a small farm on Cougar mountain in Issaquah, Washington, with her husband and many animals. She also raises puppies for Guide Dogs for the Blind.
