Eye  - Stitched with floss or pearl cotton, size 8
Nose - 1 Button
Assembly
Make one large half-square triangle unit from body pieces #1.

Mark

Stitch

Trim

Press

 

To add the triangle corner to the body, draw a diagonal line on the wrong side of piece #8.  Place it on the correct corner of the body.  Sew on the diagonal line, trim the seam allowance to ¼", and press.
Add the background triangle (#9) to the head (#2) using this same technique.
Make three-dimensional ear from Template A, adding seam allowance before cutting.  Sew the two ear pieces, right sides together, then turn them inside out, and press.

Lay out the pieces as shown.

Sew center section.

Sew rows together inserting the top of the ear between background rectangle #5 and the rabbit's head.

Fuse tail (Template B).  Using pearl cotton, stitch around the tail with a blanket stitch to secure the edges. 
Embroider eye.
Add a button on for the nose.
