BLT Salad

1 head of lettuce, washed, chilled, and torn into bite-sized pieces
8-10 slices of bacon, cooked and broken into large pieces
2 large tomatoes, cut into eighths
2 cups of grillled chicken, cubed
1 hard-cooked egg, sliced
Your choice of dressing

Add bacon, tomatoes, and chicken to lettuce. Toss with dressing. Garnish with egg slices.

Serves 4 as a side salad, 2 as a dinner salad.
