Honey Bee Ambrosia

4 medium oranges
1 medium banana
Other fruits of your choice
½ cup of orange juice
¼ cup honey
2 Tablespoons lemon juice (I use 2 if the lemon juice is fresh, but 1 if it's
bottled)

   Blend orange juice, honey, and lemon juice. Peel and cut both oranges and bananas. If other fruits are in season -- right now it's almost time for blueberries in Washington, and they are great added to this recipe -- add them, but you may need to adjust the amount of sweetness by adding a little sugar or a little more honey. Pour juice over fruits and enjoy!

   Optional: sprinkle with coconut before serving.
