PUMPKIN PIE QUILT

Supply List

Inspired by a wonderful palette of rusts, this Pumpkin Pie quilt will knock your socks off with its richness.  Rust is a color seldom chosen by quilters because it is a member of that awkward orange family.  But wait until you use dark orange - rust - in a quilt!  It says warmth, richness and autumn in a way no other color can.   Of course, a Pumpkin Chiffon Pie recipe is included!

For the Four Patch Blocks and Sashing:
• Cut 1 strip, 4” x 44” from each of the 16 different medium and dark rusts.
• Cut each strip in half lengthwise to yield 2 strips from each fabric, 2” x 44”, 32 strips total.

• From these strips, cut 5 squares, 10” x 10”.
